TM101JDHG30 is a 10.1-inch liquid crystal module product of TIANMA using a-Si TFT-LCD technology. It is equipped with WLED backlight, including LED driver backlight drive, no touch. Features: white LED backlight, lifespan is more than 50,000 hours, including LED driver, terminal flip-chip, 6/8-bit grayscale optional. This model is suitable for use in industrial, medical imaging, videophone. This product uses ST5821CA*3 + ST5804CA*1 driver IC. This product was mass-produced in Q3 2016, and the current production status is in mass production.
